# Parcel Forum 2024 - Actionable AI Presentation (Video Recording)

Parcel Forum 2024 was a great experience. The community has a positive outlook on the future and is eager for genuinely good ideas that will change their businesses.

I gave a presentation on real world AI + ML in the supply chain. It was a 45 minute session that I re-recorded afterwards because of the positive feedback on it.

The start is me giving some background on the history of AI + ML at Amazon to give some grounding of what a journey looks like.

From there I talk about why ML is most of the time the value, and AI isn't actually as practical yet.

We then finish out with some take away ideas and concepts.
